Аннотація: The article analyzes the problem of harmonization of Ukrainian quality standards with European ones, considers the peculiarities of implementation of international quality standards in Ukraine, comparative analysis
of the new fifth version of international quality standards ISO 9000 series, proves the feasibility and conditions of application of new requirements of international quality standards. The necessity and significance of HACCP
implementation are substantiated and create and implement the latest quality management systems for agroindustrial products, as one of the key factors in increasing the export competitiveness of agricultural products on the world market.
