Summary: The article is devoted to political parties of national minorities in the First Czechoslovak Republic. The national question had its own peculiarities in the programs of each of the political parties of national minorities. The most difficult, of course, were the issues of the former ruling nations - German and Hungarian. It is worth noting that although in some periods of the history of the First Czechoslovak German and Hungarian political parties proclaimed in their programs loyalty to the state and the desire to cooperate, in fact, they saw activism as a way to gain power and achieve their own political goals.
